The electric battery-powered Stiga Gyro 500e is a revolutionary machine with an eMotion joystick that controls the independent rear-wheel drive motors, in turn enabling the instant and intuitive adjustment of direction, steering and speed – working around obstacles and negotiating complex landscaping has never been easier!
The Stiga Gyro 500e Battery-Powered Axial Ride-On Mower offers three blade-speed settings: Eco for tackling light grass conditions; Standard for your average weekly mow (on grass up to 2.5cm high); and Boost, which is ideal if you’ve let the lawn go a bit.
With its low stance and optimised centre of gravity, the Stiga Gyro 500e Battery-Powered Zero-Turn Ride-On Mower operates safely on slopes and won’t pitch or roll on inclines up to 32°, although the recommended maximum gradient is 15°. Further enhancing safety are the machine’s electronics, which manage the ground-speed on sloping areas.
Designed with ergonomics and ease of use to the fore, the Stiga Gyro 500e Battery-Powered Axial Ride-On Mower offers enough legroom for even the tallest driver, and combines an ergonomic high-back seat with a dual parallel suspension system to ensure you’ll enjoy the very best in operator comfort.
Brushless motors (4.7kW) deliver superior longevity and produce far more useable torque than their lower-spec brushed counterparts; Stiga’s provision of both side-discharge and mulching-modes makes it equally suited to neglected outlying areas and well-maintained formal lawns.
Further key features include a mow-in-reverse function, which will prove a real time-saver; a temperature-control system, which works to maximise battery life; and an eight-step cutting-height range, with an unusually high top setting of 105mm enabling you to successfully manage very long grass.
This 98cm model is suitable for use across areas up to 5000m2.
