If you’re running a household or business where it’s essential you keep driveways, parking areas and access routes clear of snow this winter, this semi-pro-grade powered sweeper from top European brand, Feider, provides a fast-working, low-effort solution to the problem!
The Feider FBA-E200 Powered Sweeper comes equipped with a dense, wear-resistant synthetic-bristle brush that’s so tough, it will smash through ice and compacted snow with ease. The 80cm-wide brush will also do a thorough job of clearing leaves, grass clippings, hedge-cuttings and litter, saving you hours of tiring rake work.
The heart of the Feider FBA-E200 Sweeper is a powerful but fuel-efficient and clean-running 196cc (6.5hp) Loncin OHV engine, which features a damage preventing low-oil alarm, and a hardwearing cast-iron cylinder sleeve.
Thanks to Feider’s provision of five forward- and two reverse-gears, the FBA-E200 Powered Sweeper offers excellent confined-area manoeuvrability, and can be operated at a pace that’s most effective both for the surface you’re working on, and the sort of detritus that’s to be cleared.
It runs on sizeable 330mm-diameter agricultural-tread pneumatic tyres, so you can expect high-grip traction and a smooth rough-ground drive; and it’s built around a robust tubular-steel frame that acts as a heavy-duty platform for the rest of the machine.
Should you wish to shift snow or debris to the side, the brush can be angle-adjusted through 15° to the left or right.
The following attachments are available, all of which can be fitted without using tools: collection box; dozer blade; snow blower.
