The top-quality, Japanese-engineered Echo CS-4510ES is a high-powered mid-range saw ideal for heavy-duty lopping and felling applications in domestic, professional and agricultural arenas.
Its relatively compact - and therefore easy to manage - 38cm cutting-gear is driven by a muscular but refined 45cc (3.1hp) two-stroke engine, which employs Echo’s innovative Power Boost Tornado™ technology. This improves combustion efficiency and power delivery, while simultaneously working to minimise exhaust emissions and fuel costs.
The engine also features flywheel-type air pre-cleaning for the best possible performance in dry, dusty conditions.
‘Kickback’, which occurs when one of the chain teeth strikes a stubborn knot in the wood, can be dangerous. The manufacturers have got around this problem by fitting the Echo CS-4510ES with a super-fast-acting chain brake, which bites and stops the chain as soon as any inertia is identified.
The Echo CS-4510ES Petrol Chainsaw features an adjustable automatic chain-oil pump, so you can select the most effective flow rate for the hardness of the timber you’re faced with. The oil flow stops when the engine idles, thus avoiding mess and waste.
This well balanced, easy handling machine has been equipped with a series of six vibration absorbing mounts and weighs-in at only 5kg; a combination that ensures time-consuming tasks can be finished in comfort.
Convenice features on the Echo CS-4510ES include dropout prevention, which means nuts won't be lost during maintenace; and tool-less oil/fuel filler caps, which are large enough to remove with a gloved hand.
