Driving its premium Echo cutting gear is a 30.5cc Stage-2 compliant Power Boost Vortex™ low-emission engine that develops an impressive 1.5hp, and which incorporates Echo’s Easy Start technology, whereby recoil ‘kick back’ is eliminated and the required pulling-force is drastically reduced.
A 0.25-litre fuel tank will enable you to get through plenty of work before a top up is needed; no-tools air filter and filter-cover removal makes cleaning or replacement super-simple.
The Echo CS-310ES Petrol Chainsaw features a safety maximising chain brake, which is activated the moment intertia is detected.
It’s equipped with a clutch-based chain lubrication system, which reduces oil consumption by ensuring the flow is stopped at low revs, and it boasts comprehensive vibration damping, which works with its optimised centre of gravity and low weight (4kg) to optimise user comfort.
Other features of note on the Echo CS-310ES include a premium G-Force air cleaner, which prevents damaging, performance-limiting debris ingress; and an anti-icing system, which prevents the carb freezing in cold weather.
This model comes with a compact and easily manageable 35cm guide bar.
