At its heart is a very high-capacity 59.8cc air-cooled two-stroke motor that develops a massive 4.5hp; and which incorporates Echo’s advanced engine technologies, whereby power output is maximised, while fuel costs and polluting exhaust emissions are minimised.
Quality engine-features include a decompression valve for low-effort pull-starts; and an easily accessible air filter for hassle-free in-the-field maintenance (simple side chain-tensioning also contributes to ease of maintenance).
So as to optimise user safety, the Echo CS-621SX Petrol Chainsaw has been fitted with a heavy-duty chain brake that’s activated instantaneously by inertia.
Clutch-driven chain lubrication works to eliminate mess and waste by shutting-off the oil flow at ‘idle’; while a weight only 6.2kg works with carefully considered ergonomics and a balance-optimised design to maximise user comfort.
The Echo CS-621SX comes with an extra-long 60cm guide bar, which will take the largest cuts in its stride.
This class-leading, X-Series machine also benefits from an anti-icing system, which means you'll be able to keep working when the ambient temperature drops to freezing or below.
