Blending precision Italian craftsmanship with outstanding power and capability, the Castel Garden XHT 240 is a premium rear-collect garden tractor designed for larger lawns and tougher terrain.

At its core is the robust Stiga ST 650 V-Twin engine – a 635cc, four-stroke, twin-cylinder powerhouse that pairs V-Twin smoothness with an overhead-valve configuration. The result? High torque, lower vibration, and impressive fuel efficiency with reduced emissions. Durable touches like a cast-iron cylinder sleeve, pressurised lubrication, and a dual-stage air filter ensure long engine life, even during extended use.

Tackling slopes, damp grass, and uneven ground is no challenge thanks to the hydraulic four-wheel-drive system, delivering superior grip and traction wherever you need it.

Cutting performance is equally advanced. A 102cm twin-blade synchronised deck delivers a crisp, even finish, while nine cutting heights (25–100mm) let you easily adjust for the time of year or condition of the lawn.

Comfort and control are built in. The high-back seat includes a safety cut-out system, the soft-grip steering wheel ensures fatigue-free operation, and the wide, six-LED digital dashboard keeps you informed with clear readouts for RPM, battery, and fuel levels. The large 360-litre grass collector includes a full-bag alert to help avoid blockages and overflow.

A foot-pedal-controlled hydrostatic drive allows for smooth, gear-free acceleration and effortless manoeuvring – ideal for gardens with tight corners or complex layouts.

Want to save time and boost lawn health? Switch to mulching by removing the collector and fitting the optional mulch plug. It finely chops clippings and returns them to the turf, naturally fertilising your lawn with zero mess.

With its generous cutting width and rugged build, the XHT 240 is perfect for grounds up to 10,000m².
