Twenty-two tons of splitting force, no mains socket required. The Spectrum SP2213LS is a serious, heavy-duty log splitter built for people who process real quantities of firewood — for log burners, farms, estates and woodland plots.
Its 208cc petrol engine drives a hydraulic system operating at up to 25.5MPa, generating a full 22 tons of force at the ram. Dense, knotty, stubborn rounds that would blunt an axe and swallow an afternoon split cleanly in seconds.
The vertical format is the clever part: instead of heaving heavy rounds up onto a raised splitting bed, you roll them into position and split them upright. With capacity for logs from 200mm to 610mm long and 150mm to 400mm in diameter, it handles everything from stove-length billets to substantial trunk sections — and your back does far less of the lifting.
Because it runs on petrol, the SP2213LS works wherever the timber is: in the yard, at the woodpile or deep in the woodland, far from any power supply.
