Driving the extra-wide, 43cm line head on the Mountfield TR 425 HJ Curved-Shaft Petrol Grass-Trimmer is a high-performance, 25cc Honda mini four-stroke engine, which will prove quieter, smoother and cleaner running than comparable two-cycle engines, as well as producing more torque at lower revs.
A generously proportioned, 0.55-litre tank capacity will see you cover plenty of ground between interruptions for refuelling; a bump-feed system on the cutter head ensures it couldn’t be simpler to renew the cord when required.
