At the core of the Stiga Combi 748 V Petrol Lawnmower is a 145cc Honda GCVx145 engine with the Japanese market-leader’s cutting-edge Combustion Technology, which works with an OHV formation to optimise efficiency, thereby significantly reducing your fuel costs.
Best-in-class power and torque means long, thick grass will be taken down with ease; an aluminium cylinder sleeve ensures a lengthy service-life.
Offering unmatched versatility and therefore capable of coping with a wide variety of terrains and grass-lengths, the Stiga Combi 748 V Petrol Lawnmower has four cutting-modes, a six-stage adjustable cutting-height (controlled via a single lever) and variable-speed self-propulsion.
It’s based around a steel cutter deck with a zinc coating that acts as a barrier to corrosive elements; and it’s fitted with Stiga’s clever ‘Fulcrum’ soft-grip handlebar, which can be folded forward to make things more compact for storage, as well as being height-adjustable for comfort, and offsettable for the avoidance of walls and lawn-side vegetation.
The Stiga Combi 748 V 4-in-1 Variable-Speed Petrol Lawnmower has a 46cm working-width and a roomy 60-litre grassbag; a combination that makes it suitable for areas around 1200m2.
Also featured on this model are ball-bearing wheel mounts, which will stay free-rolling over time; a hosepipe attachment point for easy under-deck sluicing; and a ‘collector full’ warning to let you know the time has arrived for an emptying-break.
