Supplying the premium Oregon-brand cutting-gear on the Feider PRO 55 Petrol Chainsaw with a hefty 1.9hp is a substantial 55cc two-stroke air-cooled engine with a specially designed recoil starter that lessens the required pulling-force by around 50%.
The engine has been built to last, with its two-stage air filter, Nikasil-treated cylinder, NKG spark plug and forged piston working to optimise long-term reliability.
The user-friendly Feider PRO 55 Petrol Chainsaw benefits from a spring-type anti-vibration system, which works with its lightweight build (5.7kg) and ergonomic handle configuration to confer excellent operator comfort.
Automatic chain-oiling – from a capacious 0.18-litre tank – minimises friction for a smooth, clean cut; a convenient side-access chain tensioner facilitates simple, on-the-go maintenance.
Also featured is a top-grade Walbro carburettor, which ensures ultra-dependable ignition.
